Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.
This is an initial 9-month FTC, supporting the business with the operational side of Business Partnering.
Duties:
* Building strong working relationships with Heads of Departments / Line managers
* Be a trusted adviser to Heads of Department to deliver improved performance
* Providing good counsel and pragmatic advice on people related matters
* Advising on employee relations, performance management and structure & succession planning
* Support the HR Manager and wider HR, L&D and Recruitment team to deliver key projects within the HR plan and People strategy to deliver continuous improvement across the generalist HR remit
* Support change initiatives from an HR perspective
* Monitor and work with L&D to improve compliance with statutory training in departments
Skills/Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified
* Relevant HR experience gained in large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
* Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of Continuing Professional Development
* Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model organisation, working with SLT to create positive business outcomes
