Job Description:
Lynne, our Site Director at Annandale Motorway Services on the A74(M), near Lockerbie is looking for an experienced Office Manager to run our admin & cash office.
You will be leading a team which will require you to have a number of key skills and be fully flexible with your working patterns. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days which may include weekends and bank holidays.
Key skills include:
* Excel skills, experience using SAP and if possible Clikview.
* Ordering systems plus supporting our brand systems and processes.
* Stock taking, supporting the managers with repairs and maintenance processes.
* Cash administration, ordering and reconciliation.
* Understanding of HR systems would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication and customer skills.
* Leading a team of administrators.
