Are you an organised and proactive Office Administrator looking for a varied and engaging role? Working with a well-established business with offices in Alton and Petersfield, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their friendly team. This role is a great mix of reception duties, office administration, and business support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both offices. This position offers full-time or part-time hours and requires the ability to commute between Alton and Petersfield, with access to your own transport. What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing a professional and welcoming reception experience. Managing incoming and outgoing post, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the reception area is well presented. Supporting office administration, including facilities management, health & safety compliance, and coordinating fire safety and first aid procedures. Assisting with client onboarding, maintaining databases, processing paperwork, and updating records. Coordinating training courses, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with diary management. Ordering and managing stock of office supplies, stationery, and kitchen provisions. Providing general administrative support such as audio and copy typing, document preparation, and filing. Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and supporting billing procedures. What We’re Looking For: A team player with a “can do, will do” attitude who enjoys working collaboratively. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. Someone who is happy to split their time between Alton and Petersfield and has access to their own transport. Why Apply?
