The role is a full-time position for an individual who can work in a care home setting. The candidate should possess good organizational skills and be proficient in IT. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing all telephone calls received from outside agencies.
2. Taking minutes of meetings.
3. Booking appointments.
4. Safely managing provision audits.
5. Supporting the Manager in the recruitment process of other staff.
6. Managing the attendance and compliance of all training for staff members.

Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5
Salary: £12 – £12.5 hourly
