We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response business based in the Birmingham area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance works to our customers properties.

The Multi Trade Operative role:
Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising fault finding and problem-solving capabilities
Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs as well as planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties) on occasions too
Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
Emergency call out expected, on a rota basis.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in a core trade
Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
Strong customer facing skills and experience, you enjoy working with people
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
