Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Security Azure - diagnosing and resolving host crashes, provisioning new virtual machine hosts, troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues, and managing security configurations in Azure environments. Windows Server - DNS, Active Directory, File & Print, and Patch Management Virtualisation - VMWare, HyperV, and Azure Backup admin, setup and DR Network troubleshooting - diagnosing connectivity issues, monitoring performance, resolving firewall and VPN problems, and ensuring stable wired and wireless network operations.
