Cushman & Wakefield's Building Consultancy team are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Assistant on a 12-month FTC basis. As a Business Assistant, you will provide high-level secretarial, organizational, and marketing support to our Building Consultancy team. Your contributions will be pivotal in delivering best-in-class service and executing our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings across time zones.
* Administrative Support: Assist with job setups, vendor forms, expenses, and travel bookings.
* Event Coordination: Organize team events, including summer and Christmas parties.
* Content Creation: Produce presentations, reports, and marketing materials such as brochures.
* Team Support: Help with inductions, IT setups, and training on internal systems.
* Marketing Assistance: Collaborate on promotional events, social media, and bid content.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience: 2+ years as a PA supporting teams of 10+ people; property or professional services background preferred.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); Workday and Salesforce experience is a plus.
* Attributes: A proactive, positive team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal business English skills and strong client relationship management skills, dealing with confidential matters.
