ROLE SUMMARY
1. Someone with broad knowledge but not specialist in App support and infrastructure.
2. Applications, End User Support.
3. Responsible for the efficient operation and support of applications within the Mechanical Design Department at MBDA UK.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5. The Support Engineer will:
6. Provide extensive end user support for Mechanical Design application at MBDA (UK) for over 3000+ users.
7. Have a working knowledge of ???. See Skills section
8. Be responsible for delivering support across 3 UK sites – Stevenage, Bolton, and Filton.
9. Assist MBDA (UK) in the definition of best practice and processes associated with Mechanical Design applications.
