Bolton The Land Ceptor Physical Domain team are looking for a Transfer of Technology Lead to coordinate the activities required to enable manufacturing of our hardware designs under licence in Europe, contributing to MBDA's largest ever export contract. Salary : Circa £55,000 depending on experience Dynamic (hybrid) working : 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. The role will require you to work with the Transfer of Technology team on behalf of the Physical Domain team to ensure the design can be manufactured within our Customer's home country. This undertaking will require the development of new governance, strategies and approaches to achieve its goals. The Physical Domain team are responsible for the design definition of the Land Ceptor Ground Based Air Defence products and also manage the delivery of the hardware design including system physical architecture, internal and external supplier management, change and obsolescence management and equipment qualification and certification.
