The Job Role
1. To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
2. The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training
3. Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets
4. The sales office manager will be responsible for completing the meetings & events forecast and achieving budget
The Requirements
1. The ideal experienced sales office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department
2. To ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries and new business achieved
3. Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue
4. To update weekly forecasting at set appropriate strategies
5. The sales office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service
6. Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
