Are you ready to join a thriving Blackburn-based company as an Administrator within our Spares & Service Office? We are on the lookout for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding administrative support in a fast-paced setting.
The main duties of the role are to deal politely and efficiently with customer requests via telephone and email. You must be conscientious, reliable, have a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills. The ability to deal with orders and enquiries on a day-to-day basis in a busy office environment and actively work as part of a team is vital to the role. Previous experience in a Spare Parts Supplier environment and a familiarity with Microsoft Office and Business Central would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately generate quotations in response to customer enquiries.
2. Take orders, check stock, quote prices & follow up quotations.
3. Answer telephone enquiries.
4. Serve customers on the Trade Counter.
5. Maintaining and updating the ERP system (Navision).
6. Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and other departments.

Desired Qualifications:
