Regulatory Affairs Manager
Location: Nuneaton
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (On-site 2 days a week)
Salary: c. £60,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee regulatory compliance for food manufacturing, ensuring all products meet relevant food safety and quality standards.
* Provide guidance on regulatory matters related to food and supplements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Prepare and submit documentation for product registrations and renewals.
* Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory trends, advising the business on necessary actions.
* Manage one direct report, providing leadership and development opportunities.
* Report to the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, assisting with strategic regulatory planning and implementation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the food manufacturing or food retail industry.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the FMCG sector, specifically food products, is essential.
