As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Supervising and training junior chefs to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles
Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to ensure efficiency and profitability
Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional customer experiences and respond to guest feedback
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
