We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Hastings. With an already established and successful health and social care recruitment business operating, my client is now looking to expand to in-house domiciliary care provision, delivering top-quality care to vulnerable adults within the local area. The service is ready to go, with the CQC registration process already undertaken, thy just need a driven and ambitious Registered Manager in place to take it forward, market them in the area and start taking on clients. You’ll benefit from the fact that my client already has care and office staff that you can utilise and have a brilliant reputation locally, as you look to secure and fulfil domiciliary care packages. The Registered Manager role * Your initial focus will be Business Development, you’ll work to market the agency in the local area to build up a client base.
