Kelly Fleet Services are currently looking for a motivated individual with the desire to work in fleet and assist in the day to day running of our very busy Fleet Department.
This role will include (but is not limited to) working primarily on analyzing the defects reported on vehicles, including liaising with the drivers on getting these defects rectified and submitted. This will also include other fleet admin duties such as PO raising/invoices, general admin audits, fuel processing and a variety of reports and answering the phone and dealing with queries etc. Processing all relevant documentation in an efficient and timely manner, all the while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

* Filing/ scanning paper records
* Defect reporting
* Telematics admin
* Fuel Import
* Toll Queries
* General Audits
* Invoices / POs
* Defect sheet submissions
We are looking for an individual with:
* Proven fleet experience.
* IT Skills, specifically working on excel using pivot tables and vlookups
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to analyse and solve problems
* Good organisation skills with an eye for detail
* Flexible and adaptable attitude
* Must be able to work on own initiative
* Must be able to work well in a team
