The position is home based with occasional travel for team meetings and greyhound events. Full support for working from home will be provided including provision of equipment and an allowance for the working environment. The Greyhound Star was formed over 40 years ago as a newspaper to promote greyhound racing. It has now become an online publicity and promotional vehicle for the greyhound racing industry with big ambitions to increase publicity and coverage across the UK population.

Principal accountabilities and responsibilities include:
• Creating engaging social media graphics
• Designing information and data visualisations
• Developing ‘race day’ content templates
• Producing promotional materials
• Supporting brand identity maintenance
• Creating video thumbnails and overlays
• Designing digital assets for multiple platforms
• Supporting presentation and pitch materials
We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of digital design
• Experience with social media formats
• Understanding of social media design requirements
• Ability to work across multiple brands
• Understanding of data visualisation
• Sports/entertainment industry experience is advantageous
