**The Recruitment Co** is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in the Lytham area.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide financial reporting to senior management.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
* Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
* Manage cash flow, account for assets, liabilities, and equity, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
**Requirements:*
* Degree in Accounting or related field
* Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
