This is a great opportunity to join our best-in-class Experiences Team and be responsible for a key part of our fast-growing, award-winning, family-run distillery. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, outgoing person who has a passion for hospitality. We have launched two new brands and still have plenty of exciting plans on the horizon WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: · Being the lead host on Tarquin’s award-winning Distillery Tours and Gin Schools. This role involves public speaking and delivering an amazing experience to all our guests – we currently have 900 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor. · Supporting important trade events and hosting gin tastings for key accounts · Taking ownership of retail spirit and merchandise sales post each experience · Being responsible for Tarquin’s Visitors Centre – including stock management, ordering consumables, regular maintenance of equipment and daily cleaning. · Supervising the Experiences Team · Managing TicketingHub and answering email queries from customers WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE: Skills & Experience · Confident public speaking skills · Driving licence & own transport · Availability at weekends & evenings · Hospitality experience – preferred · Sales experience – preferred · Personal licence holder – preferred Values & Mindset • Passionate problem solver, who loves collaborating with a great team • Driven to deliver a premium customer experience • A G&T fan – preferred, but not essential • Passionate about Cornwall – we are on a mission to support our local people, coastline and marine life WHAT YOU’LL GET: 25 days holidays 8 Bank Holiday’s (pro-rata for part time) Day off for Birthday The Company operates a scheme of fully paid sickness absence for up to 5 working days per year Employee Assistance Program: Free 24-hour Confidential helpline to support you though any of life’s issues or problems.
