Reporting to the Head of Project Management, an Account Manager is a key contact for clients and is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns. Your focus will be to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the client’s specific strategic objectives. In essence, you’ll be the glue that binds it all together – Champions, the delivery of our six in-house departments, our clients and, most importantly, their outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination and Management: Oversee multiple regional and national projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution. Work closely with the Head of Project Management to coordinate client deliverables within tight deadlines.
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and maximizing the potential of each account. Understand clients’ objectives and exceed expectations through proactive management and strategic planning.
* Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide quick, effective solutions.
* Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on project progress, working with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure milestones are met and budgets are adhered to. Use project management tools such as Wrike to monitor timelines and resources.
* Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring accurate reconciliation of costs to maintain profitability while meeting client needs.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients at all stages of the project. Attend client meetings, ensuring all work and communications align with their expectations and requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Review all project deliverables before submission to clients, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon standards and specifications.
* Supplier Management: Conduct supplier research, establish partnerships, and ensure timely distribution of marketing materials as needed for project execution.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
* Project Management Expertise: At least three years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or digital marketing environment.
* Strong Client-Facing Abilities: Demonstrated experience managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and delivering high-quality services.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex project details to clients and internal teams.
* Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional administrative, planning, and organizational abilities, with a focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
* IT and Project Management Tools Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using project management tools like Wrike (or similar).
* Attention to Detail and Accuracy: A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in project execution, reporting, and client deliverables.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to handle budgets, timelines, and supplier agreements.
* Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, particularly in relation to web design and development projects, to help guide project delivery.
* Full UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license for potential travel between client sites.
