What’s in store for you: Be the first face they see: You'll warmly welcome visitors, greet guests, and ensure everything runs like clockwork from day one. Keep it moving: Handle calls and emails with finesse, making sure all messages and inquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Minute-taking magic: Capture every important detail during Director’s meetings with precision (and a little flair). Be a PowerPoint pro: Assist in creating impactful presentations for the leadership team – your slides could be the ones that make the difference Keep the kitchen stocked: Whether it’s tea, coffee, or office snacks – you'll manage it all to keep us refreshed and fueled. Meeting space maestro: From room bookings to making sure everything’s stocked and ready, you’ll keep our meeting rooms prepped and perfect for success. But that’s not all. You’ll be working closely with our Group Management Accountant and Board of Directors, playing an essential role in internal communications and support. Your attention to detail and your ability to juggle multiple tasks at once will make you an integral part of our team You’ll be perfect for this role if you: Have a can-do attitude and are always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Bring experience in office administration or a similar setting. Are a tech whiz with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office (bonus points if PowerPoint is your happy place). Possess an eye for detail and can handle confidential information with discretion. Love working with people and have excellent communication skills (both in-person and on the phone).
