Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified administrator to join Theatres, Anaesthetics and ITU department at Barnet Hospital. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. The role will primarily support the Theatres team but may also be involved with broader Anaesthetics and Intensive Care. This essential and highly valued role is to provide administrative support that enables the smooth running of the Theatres department, supporting and delivering high quality patient care. As the administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring effective processes across the admin office including assisting in data quality issues, joining meetings and the overall administration side of Theatres that is required. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and will be able to deal with effectively prioritising workloads and deadlines. The post holder must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
