Designed as an intuitive, scalable, and connected client experience, UBS Neo acts as a gateway to the best of UBS products and services. We are searching for an expert in content distribution to join our team to ensure our award-winning Research and Commentary is personalised, relevant, on time, and seamless.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
1. Build the vision and roadmap for UBS Neo Differentiated Content, driving successful outcomes for our clients.
2. Work closely with our quant and UX teams, ensuring Data Science and user-centered design is at the heart of everything we do.
3. Promote your products, drive adoption, and build business cases to present to Senior stakeholders.
4. Be data-driven and OKR focused - continually measure the impact of your products as they evolve.
5. Bring your energy and evangelize the product vision with the team, colleagues, and clients.
6. Be curious, ask the right questions, and find the right problems to solve.
7. Be passionate about Product, continually learning and sharing new techniques with our Product community.
8. Work closely with partners in Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure effective management of risks inherent in Research dissemination.
Your expertise
1. 5-10 years of experience in Product Management across any industry using Agile methodologies.
2. Passionate about learning new business domains, new technologies, innovation, and user-centered design.
3. Ability to multitask, manage multiple products, and senior stakeholder groups globally.
4. Experience developing digital products across any industry or generalist knowledge of trading one or more Investment bank products - FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Derivatives, or Financing. Specific experience with Content Distribution or Personalization is a plus.
5. Inquisitive, mature, and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Fluent in English to support local client base.
8. Inclusive mindset, eager to collaborate across many diverse teams in multiple locations around the globe.
