As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with global regulations and internal policies, while contributing to our mission of safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with laws and regulations, including anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG, sustainability, and cybersecurity.
2. Supply Chain Oversight: Ensure all supply chain activities meet legal and policy standards.
3. Customer Support: Manage compliance inquiries and questionnaires from customers.
4. Policy Development: Draft, review, and update policies to align with best practices and regulations.
5. Training & Education: Deliver compliance training to ensure awareness and adherence among staff.
6. Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct regular audits, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
7. Product Compliance Support: Assist the Quality Team with product compliance requirements.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in cross-functional working groups.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance compliance programs.
Person Specification
1. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are advantageous.
2. Experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields; manufacturing or automotive industry experience is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of global regulations and legal frameworks.
4. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. A team player who demonstrates flexibility and decision-making skills under pressure.
