SEN Teaching Assistant SEN Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support Specialist | Progressive Primary School in Brent | £85-£100 per day About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in supporting challenging behaviours for an immediate start. This full-time position has emerged as part of our enhanced behaviour support programme. You'll be working across KS1 and KS2, primarily supporting students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role involves working with 3-4 pupils throughout the day, implementing positive behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques. The successful candidate will join our dedicated inclusion team, participating in regular case reviews and strategy meetings. Our recruitment process includes an interview with the Behaviour Lead and Head Teacher, followed by a supervised interaction session with students.
