We're recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client's busy team based in Tipton on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the sales team by providing comprehensive support. This will involve ensuring orders are processed accurately, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with outbound sales tasks.
Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous although not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the sales database is maintained accurately and generating reports.
2. Assisting the sales team with follow-up calls, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to build client relationships.
3. Managing customer orders from inquiry through to delivery, providing prompt quotations and support to clients.
4. Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
2. Excellent organizational ability.
3. Ability to actively problem-solve, addressing any potential issues.
4. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Working hours:
1. Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00.
2. Friday 08:00-15:00.
