Responsibilities Include:
- Head up plot sales, home ownership, and right to buy teams, ensuring high standards of work.
- Oversee the setup of schemes for sale, including shared ownership and outright sales.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the teams to ensure excellent client service and achievement of KPIs.
- Monitor staffing levels and collaborate with HR for recruitment needs.
- Implement new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in managing a successful volume conveyancing team.
- Strong management and drafting skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Technical legal expertise in conveyancing work, with a willingness to engage with Housing Associations.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive team growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
