Hours per annum: 115 hours per annum minimum Hours weekly: Average 2.20 hours per weekHourly Rate: £12.38 to £12.80 per hourWe wish to appoint an experienced administrator to fulfil the post of Clerk to Hilperton C of E Primary School Governing Board. This will involve taking the minutes at full Governing Board meetings and committee meetings all of which are held in the evening as well as other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the governing board. There is an average of 7 Governor committee meetings per year in term time. You will be required to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and provide an effective and efficient administrative practice. This is an interesting and varied post with opportunities where you can shape and influence the role to good effect. Training is available for Clerks via the School Governance Service.
