We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator to join our growing manufacturing / production client, based in just south of Telford. The Administrator will work alongside the Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for consumers. They are looking for an ambitious, organised individual who understands the importance of delivering the highest standard of customer service to grow a business with a proactive and positive attitude. Due to the remote location of the business, you are likely to need you own transportation as public transport is not likely to be an option.
Duties will include, but wont be limited to:
1. Handling customer enquiries in a polite and timely manner via email or phone. This might include queries relating to placing orders on the website, delivery issues, order updates and aftersales etc.
2. Ensuring all sales orders are processed onto the internal systems swiftly and accurately.
3. Dealing with email and phone queries from couriers and transport agencies relating to outbound deliveries and also booking in inbound deliveries on to the system.
