Do you want to be part of an essential team that helps run payroll for colleagues in 10 regions?
This role will manage accurate and on-time payment of salaries, tax, and third-party payments for multiple countries. Also managing reconciliation activities relating to global payrolls - run reporting and insights relating to the global payrolls.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, handling post-payroll tasks like reconciliations and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to various country payrolls, with the potential to take on any country’s payroll as needed.
You'll play a key role in supporting internal and external audits, maintaining process documentation, and contributing to internal projects. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be responding to colleague queries and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also stay up to date on country-specific payroll legislation to ensure compliance. If you’re passionate about payroll and ready for a dynamic role, we’d love to hear from you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with EMEA countries payroll processing
• Payroll projects involvement experience desirable
• Proficient in the use of Excel and data manipulation
• Proficient in written and verbal English Language. Other EU languages desirable.
• Continuous Improvement and adaptability to pick up new tasks
• ADP Celergo experience desirable.
