North Derbyshire PCN is looking to recruit a newly qualified GP (within 2 years of CCT date & not having held a substantive post before). We are a team with a vision to improve the health and well-being of our patients, their families and the wider community. We have brought together a highly performing multidisciplinary team who are committed to delivering innovative primary care. The post holder will provide care across the two member practices – Royal Primary Care East and Royal Primary Care West.
General Practitioners - 37.5 hours per week
Main duties of the job
The post holder's role will primarily involve patient-facing clinical work, supporting the PCN GP practices alongside a focus on PCN initiatives including innovative at-scale work and opportunities. Additionally, they will offer support to the care homes within the PCN and have the ability to work within the GP Enhanced Access Hub, providing enhanced services to the registered population. This job description acts as a guideline to the responsibilities of the post holder and will be reviewed and amended to meet changing professional and service needs.

* Current GMC registration and license to practise.
* MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
