About the position:
This position is hybrid working, based at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.
Flexible hours with core working times of 10am to 4pm
Salary £65,000, negotiable depending on experience
The Role:
Lead production development by collaborating with stakeholders and end users to deliver high quality, feature rich systems that lean in to automating processes

Develop and maintain robust applications using C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript with a focus on scalability and performance, following Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient solutions for across all of our internal business systems
Utilise AWS services for cloud deployment, management, and maintenance to ensure high availability and scalability
Design, optimise, and maintain SQL queries, views and stored procedures and to ensure data integrity and performance
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of our production applications
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to maintain high-quality code standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a C# Developer, preferably around internal business systems
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deployment and management
Solid understanding of SQL databases such as MSSQL and MySQL, SQL query optimisation
Strong knowledge of application development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React & Blazor
Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in containerisation technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
Exposure to serverless software development
