Vines of Guildford is looking for a Trainee BMW Sales Executive.
Your role
Vines has an exciting opportunity to join the BMW Sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive. Our Trainees undergo an intensive training period in order to progress through to a fully-fledged sales executive within their first year. You will be given all the tools and support required to reach your full potential.
Our Sales Executives work over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. In line with our commitment to ensuring our people have a good work life balance, the team doesn't work on Sundays and you will have a fixed day off in the week.
Salary: £26,770 plus £100 per car sold.
What you will be doing:
1. Develop an in-depth understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential buyers.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling BMW vehicles, emphasising the brand's unique features and benefits.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalised attention and guidance throughout the sales process.
4. Conduct product demonstrations through multiple channels to showcase the exceptional performance and luxury of BMW vehicles.
5. Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and BMW technology to provide customers with the most accurate and valuable information.
