The Head of Corporate Growth is responsible for driving the company's corporate growth strategy, focusing on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong sales background, capable of identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
A typical week as a Head of Corporate Growth might involve:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for the Corporate vertical to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.
* Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
* Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer.
* Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
* Possesses strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
* Exhibits excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
* Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Has experience in developing and executing successful sales and business development strategies.
* Shows a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
* Can work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organization.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
* Additional language skills.
