Job Title: Account Director – Quality Assurance & Testing
Salary: Circa 100k base - Double OTE (plus car allowance)

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly expanding company known for its industry-leading Quality Assurance (QA) services. They are looking for an ambitious and strategic Account Director to join their team and drive new business growth. If you're a sales professional with a passion for QA, testing, and strategic account management, this could be your perfect role!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new clients (logos) and support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
* Leverage your existing relationships to identify new business opportunities.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their strategic business and technology service needs.
* Manage and expand key accounts within the company, identifying growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with top QA consultants to understand and promote the company’s unique offerings.

* Proven experience in sales, particularly in QA/Testing services.
* Strong business development skills and a track record of winning new clients.
* Ability to land and expand accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
