As the School Cover and HR Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and supporting all staff members. Your responsibilities will include cover management, HR administration, and room bookings. Experience working in a school environment is essential, with knowledge of SIMS and general HR.

Candidate Profile
* Experience in a school office environment, with knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and SIMs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to explain and discuss data effectively with non-technical colleagues
* Proactive approach to improving attendance and data utilization
