A superb opportunity to work for a Blue-Chip Organisation within the Consumer Sales Department. You will be responsible for processing ticket orders taken over the telephone, and by email. Candidates will need to handle enquiries confidently via the telephone as well as processing information in a timely manner. For this exciting role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be very customer focussed.

The Hours
You will be required to work 35 hours per week (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday), plus the ocassional Saturdays or Sundays or occasional evenings – so you will need to be flexible as the hours of work. Additional hours are also paid by the hour.
