Job summary
During your induction you will work supernumerary with someone supporting you, while working through an education have a purpose built unit consisting of 8 ITU cots, 10 HDU cots and 12 SC nursing establishment for the Service complies with the All Wales Neonatal standards regarding staffing which is 1:1 nursing for ITU babies, 1:2 for HDU babies and 1:4 for SC are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated Band 6 nurses with a flexible approach to work who are able to work the full nursing rota. This includes 12 hour shift patterns of days, nights and weekends.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
