Administrator– Newton Abbott, DevonSalary £24,900 to £25,000We are searching for an Administrator to join the Business Support team in our Environmental division with all aspects of administration. This is a versatile role supporting on a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast paced organisation.There’ll be lots of phone calls to tend to; dealing with clients, new business enquiries and our own account managers will all be calling about different things so you will need to complete the relevant actions for each person.Do you have strong administration and IT skills? Co-Ordinate and respond to all Client quotes, queries and instructions in line with the relevant SLA Handle all complaints, identify escalations and priority issues in a professional manner. Managing all social media platforms, and responsible for the regional newsletter. General administration duties involved in the day to day running of the office.As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll have: Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Experience in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure. Flexible, punctual, and able to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis. Excellent presentation skills for all correspondents, documents, presentations, and data. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and able to use CRM systems.
