Senior Claims Handler
I am looking for a Senior Claims Handler to join a Global Insurance firm based in Chelmsford.
As an account handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for handling a portfolio of property & liability claims, from investigation to settlement.
2. Ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures.
3. Liaising with insured, insurers/brokers to achieve a timely conclusion of claims.
4. Ensuring invoices raised are accurate and timely.
5. Attend client review meetings.
Key Requirements:
1. Property claims handling experience with an Insurer or Loss Adjuster.
2. Good customer service, confident and professional manner when dealing with clients.
3. Have achieved CII qualification or keen to work towards insurance qualifications such as CILA or Cert CII.
