Netball Academy Assistant Coach
Part time/ Permanent (10-12 hours per week)
Scale point 23 - 29 (£28,741 - £34,313) pro rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for an Assistant Netball Academy Coach to provide added value to our Participation and Performance guided programme.

It is our ambition to train and develop athletes throughout their sporting career whether that is for wellbeing reasons or competitive sport at the highest elite level.
We are looking for an experienced Netball Coach to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting and developing the programme. In this position, you will coach sessions and attend fixtures across 2/3 teams and support our athletes in individual as well as team development. You will also be responsible for regular athlete feedback and building and maintaining positive team culture.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or above Netball Coaching qualification and experience of over two years coaching in a club or performance environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience of Netball coaching outside of a school is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality Netball athlete experience.

Any additional qualification within Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science, Sports Nutrition, Sports Psychology will be a great addition to delivery but not essential.
