This leading Private Business team provides strategic tax advisory to privately owned and Private Equity-backed businesses, leveraging cross-functional expertise to address complex client needs in the UK and internationally. They are now seeking a commercially minded individual to join their Milton Keynes office as Director.
Your Path to Partnership:
Collaborate closely with senior Partners and Directors to refine your skills in client engagement and business development. With a focus on your career progression, this role offers a clear path to Partnership as you expand your influence within the firm and market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new opportunities with senior support.
* Lead a diverse portfolio of engagements with high-profile private and PE-backed clients.
* Stay current on tax legislation, providing insights to clients and teams.
* Mentor team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing group.
About You:
* ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
* Broad tax experience with complex UK and international issues.
* Strong project management skills, with a commitment to client service and team development.
