The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for the subject and encouraging academic excellence among students. Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A degree in a Humanities-related subject (e.g., History, Geography, Religious Studies)
* Experience teaching Humanities at Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
* A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* A commitment to high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
* Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
* The ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities and the wider school community
* A passion for professional development and continuous improvement
