Customer Service Administrator Job summary: As a Customer Service Administrator for Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS), you will be supporting the Account Management team with the handling of customer accounts by providing the highest standard of administration and customer care to both existing and potential customers. We are looking for a professional, experienced administrator who is used to working in a busy, fast paced environment with strong customer service skills. Assertive, yet approachable, it is a necessity that you are a team player and a good communicator who can ensure that you are aware of the needs of the team that you support. Maintaining, developing and growing customer accounts, up-dating the relevant records. Producing accurate, competitive quotations within an agreed timeframe. Processing new vehicle orders in line with the customer’s requirements. Building relationships with existing customers in a friendly and professional manner Communicating effectively with all departments in the pursuit of providing the highest standards of account management. Providing support to both the customer and the team in order maximise the business potential from each account Completing all administration tasks in a timely, accurate manner. Qualifications: Proven office experience in a similar fast paced administration environment along with excellent customer service skills. A methodological approach to all tasks, you must be able to effectively prioritise and organise your workload. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential,, with the ability to apply those skills in calm and assured manner. The ability to be able to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external customers, colleagues and team-mates. Computer literate including a minimum intermediate grade proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access database input. Why join JCT600 and what is in it for you?
