The Role
The Customer Service team holds responsibility for the management and handling of day-to-day queries from customers. This includes inbound call handling, email correspondence, actioning changes to the subscription databases, administering orders, and securely processing payments. As a Customer Service Executive, you will also work closely with our Client Account Managers to ensure all promotional and product details are accurately maintained and handled. Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for our readers and an incredibly important part of what we do. The department is also very often the springboard for team members to learn, develop and grow their career within the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS
A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communications. A good appreciation for basic accountancy procedures. A telephone manner which is both confident and friendly. Ability to operate in a fast-paced service-driven environment. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to resolve queries. Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
