Kanyini Care Services seeks a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our growing team in Liverpool, NSW. In this casual role, you will be vital in delivering high-quality care and support to older people and individuals living with disability, empowering them to live independently and with dignity in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and light domestic duties
2. Providing companionship and supporting social, recreational, or cultural activities
3. Monitoring and reporting on client wellbeing and documenting changes as required
4. Collaborating with the care team to ensure a holistic and person-centred approach
5. Promoting safety, dignity, and independence in every aspect of service delivery
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in aged care, disability services, or community support (preferred)
2. A caring nature, strong communication skills, and empathy
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent
5. Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
