Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons to students
* Create and implement effective learning strategies
* Assess and provide feedback on students' progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
* Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Humanities or related field
* Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Humanities
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Additional Information:
* Work in a secondary school setting in Wisbech
* Full-time hours during term time
* Potential for involvement in extracurricular activities
