Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Locality and CHC Community
Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Rate : Up to £32.89 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Complex Care Team based in London Borough of Bexley.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will collaborate with elderly individuals and those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or mental health issues. You must have strong IT skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, you need to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the team.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. Additionally, you should have post-qualified experience and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
