Heeton UK & Europe seeks to engage with revenue managers to join our growing Revenue Team and participate in developing Heeton in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's growing hospitality management companies as a Portfolio Revenue Manager. Heeton Hospitality operates a portfolio of Hilton, IHG, Accor and Heeton Concept branded hotels and a serviced office site. This is the perfect role for someone looking after one large property with the aspiration to develop through a cluster role. The role will be based out of our Leeds or London office and offers hybrid working with the expectation of a minimum of 3 office days. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Portfolio Revenue Manager will:
* Deliver the pricing strategies for online channels
* Manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies
* Ensure each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximise revenue
* Ensure property performance through robust channel and room-type management
* Identify and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities and strategies
* Build and maintain Databases
* Manage OTA channels swing to Direct business
* Take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
* Give market insights, analyse data and identify trends
* Think outside the box
Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Management Experience
* Experience with the London 4 market
* Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus
* Strong RMS knowledge: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus) with intermediate knowledge of other MS Office Applications
* Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
* Understanding of the 3 hotel market
