* Comply with Food Hygiene & Safety best practices.
* Work as part of a team and maintain good relationships with other sections.
* Ensure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers daily.
* Engage in self-development with our support on ongoing learning & development.
Work Experience & Requirements
* Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
* Creativity is part of our culture, and we expect it from everyone who joins our team.
* Able to make a wide range of doughs, puff pastry, etc.
* Excellent time management and ability to set priorities.
* Fast learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work full-time and flexible shifts.
* Detail-oriented with analytical capabilities to identify deviations from standards.
Qualifications
* Certificate of Food Safety Level I.
* Certificate of Health and Safety Level I.
* Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
