As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored academic and social support to students with special educational needs. Adapt lesson materials and activities to ensure accessibility for all learners. Assist in managing behaviour, promoting positive engagement in the classroom. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for students. Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive school culture. Participate in professional development to enhance your skills in SEN support. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, especially in an educational or care setting. Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and how to apply them effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic approach to working with students who have diverse needs. Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are advantageous but not essential.
